A: We charge $500 CAD for hiring full time workers, including international employees, and $300 for hiring part time workers.
Q: What's the average wage for local/overseas workers?
A:Different types of works have different wages, but in general, wage for local employees is higher than the wage for international workers. For example, the average wage for local caregivers is $20~30/hr and the average wage for international child-care provider in BC is $15.2/hr. We will provide you pre-calculated employee payroll deductions and guide you through each step of the hiring or sponsoring process. We promise the wage for the employees we find is fair in Canadian labour market.
Q: What if the nanny is not a good match?
A: We offer a 3-month service period for hiring any types of workers, within the 3-month period, if the employer is not satisfied with the employee, we will provide another match until the employer is satisfied.
Q: What is the hiring process for overseas nanny?
A: First we will provide available overseas caregivers' resume to the employer and help screening them, employer could pick several candidates for video interview. The placement fee will only be charged after employer decided to hire the perfect candidate. Then we can start the paperwork.
Q: How long is the processing time for hiring overseas nanny?
A:Now the estimate processing time is about 6-12 months. Once the overseas worker starts working at employer's household or company, if employer is not satisfied, we will help hiring another overseas worker for free.
Q: Do I need to apply a Canada Study Permit to attend the training course?
A: No. Because study permit is not required and cannot be issued for distance learning.
